We’ll be making challah dough and I’ll do a tutorial on challah braiding

Although I did some challah baking here and there growing up, I didn’t start really enjoying it and making it weekly until I learned at Tulane Chabad. As a member of the Alpha Iota chapter, SDT always had a big partnership with Chabad on campus and I loved serving on the Executive Board of my chapter and on the Board of Chabad. With all the craziness going on during Covid, my family started weekly Zoom challah bakes together which we love to do to stay connected. There’s something so relaxing about making challah and you feel so accomplished when it’s done! I promise it’s a lot easier to make than it looks and your Sunday french toast will never be the same. 🙂
