Report a Violation

There are numerous options to report a member safety concern and/or a violation of Sigma Delta Tau’s policies:

• In case of an emergency, call 911.
• Contact your local Chapter President or Chapter Advisor.
• Call the National Office at 317-846-7747 during business hours.
• Submit a report via Sigma Delta Tau’s Incident Report Form below.

Submit an Incident Report

Sigma Delta Tau expects chapters and members in a crisis to call 911 immediately. After 911 has been called, chapter members shall follow these additional steps:

1. The Chapter President (or officer next in line if the President is not present) takes charge.
2. Cooperate fully with the needs of any public safety organization, including any police, medical or fire personnel.
3. Contact your Advisor, National Office and university contacts.
4. Follow instructions provided by your Advisor and the National Office.
5. Do not communicate with media unless approved by a member of Sigma Delta Tau’s staff or Board of Directors.
