Elevate is an engaging annual virtual program designed to enhance collegiate life and leadership. Each session equips attendees with practical tools and actionable strategies to shine on campus and prepare for future endeavors. The keynote series focuses on developing essential leadership skills across four key competency areas: communication, project management, relationship building and self-awareness. By empowering current and future leaders, Elevate aims to support personal and professional development in an interactive, skills-based way. Join us to unlock your potential and make a lasting impact on your leadership development!

By hosting Elevate, we seek to:

  • Provide a space for collegian members to develop transferable leadership skills that can be used in personal and professional spaces while exploring how leadership impacts our world and chapters today
  • Enhance our collegians’ leadership strategies to improve team dynamics and performance within their chapter and campus communities
  • Allow for campus, chapter and aspiring leaders to network and meet like-minded sisters, while building affinity for the National Organization
  • Demonstrate Sigma Delta Tau’s commitment to the member experience and each member’s leadership development by engaging industry leaders and subject-matter experts

Each of the three Elevate sessions will be an hour-long, virtual keynote facilitated by a subject-matter expert. Chapters are required to have at least two current or emerging leaders attend each session. If you have questions about Elevate, registration, or attendance requirements, please email programming@sigmadeltatau.org.
