Leadership Consultants provide targeted recruitment and operational support to assigned chapters and officers, while working closely with chapter services volunteers and staff to help bolster chapter success. Leadership Consultants may meet with chapter officers virtually, travel to chapters in person to support specific efforts, or could temporarily reside at chapters to work on long-term initiatives.
Leadership Consultants gain many transferable skills related to event planning, recruitment strategy development and execution, program development and facilitation, critical thinking and problem-solving, data management, marketing and advertising and more. Past Leadership Consultants have utilized these skills and experiences to go on to become professors, campus life directors at universities, recruiters for fortune 500 companies, and project managers in vendor-supplier relations. Many Leadership Consultants have also pursued additional degrees in higher education, law or medical school.
