Torch Society is at the heart of our sisterhood impact, recognizing Foundation donors dedicated to supporting the emerging needs of all members by giving to the SDT Annual Fund. These donors receive special recognition in publications and at events. Torch Society giving club levels:

DAMGIRL Nation
A giving club exclusively for collegiate sisters!
DAMGIRL Nation exemplifies the legacy of our founders and connects our youngest sisters to a lifelong sisterhood encouraging them start their philanthropic journey with their first gift to the SDT Foundation.
Collegians are encouraged to join DAMGIRL Nation with a minimum one-time donation of $19.17 or recurring donation of $7 a month to the SDT Annual Fund. DAMGIRL Nation donors will receive an official DAMGIRL laptop sticker.

- Pearl (graduates of the last decade) – $18 a month
- Lapis Lazuli (alumnae leading for a lifetime) – $36 a month
Monthly giving makes it easy to increase your impact for our sisters through recurring donations. Every month, you’ll know that you’re helping to carry the torch by providing a sustainable source of funding for the emerging needs of SDT women. GEMs Society members will receive a special club magnet for their generosity.

Sigma Delta Tau Foundation giving circles help foster a tradition of philanthropy and recognize our most loyal supporters by cumulative giving levels for donations received each calendar year. Giving totals include annual fund donations, designated gifts, corporate matching programs and in-kind donations.

Order of the Tea Rose
The Order of the Tea Rose recognizes women who have chosen to leave a legacy through a planned gift to the Sigma Delta Tau Foundation. Your planned gift ensures a lasting impact on our sisterhood, provides tax benefits to your estate and helps carry the torch for Sigma Delta Tau women.
Planned giving options include: a bequest in your will or trust, a beneficiary designation on your IRA or life insurance policy or through a charitable gift annuity.
