Sigma Delta Tau will launch the Empowering Alumnae Speaker Series on Tuesday, February 3, 2015.

“We’ve been talking with some great alumnae who are excited to share their insights and passions with our membership,” said Caren Silverman, National Vice President. “We’re excited to kick-off the Series with one of our National Council members, Emily Freed, who will share insights on moving from an individual contributor to a leadership position.”

The webinar-based programs will take place on weekday evenings and topics will be geared toward personal and professional development. Speakers will be selected based on their subject expertise from our more than 60,000 member roster. We’re looking for SDT alumnae who want to share leadership and success stories with their sisters (no sales or promotional topics). If you would like to be a speaker, please contact the National Office for more information.

“Sigma Delta Tau’s goal is to empower women, not just in college but throughout their lives. The Empowering Alumnae Speaker Series is an opportunity to empower our alumnae,” said Silverman.
