Location: Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel (1000 Spring St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201)
Dates: Friday, June 21 – Sunday, June 23
Times: First event begins at 7 pm on Friday, ending at 1 pm on Sunday. Hotel check-in begins at 4 pm. Late arrivals or early departures need to be approved by Emily Freed.
Booking Travel: Please book your travel by May 10th and submit for reimbursement to Director of Finance Cathy Lattimer. If your travel cost exceeds $350, then you must get pre-approval from National Secretary/Treasurer Emily Freed. Please note that travel to/from the airport/train station, airport/train station to/from hotel, parking fees, luggage fees, and any “meals on your own” will not be covered.
If a volunteer fails to attend an event for which they previously RSVP’d, they will be responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred on her behalf. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by the Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Finance.
