Several empowering programs were on the schedule for Friday. Topics on leadership, change and conflict management were highlighted. Collegians were inspired by keynote speaker, Annalise Sinclair, with her speech, “(Im)Perfect Me: Learning to Love Your Flaws.” The lunch served as as time for women to gather and discuss hot topics that are affecting chapters and campuses. That evening, everyone walked to Progressive Field to watch the Cleveland Indians take on the Detroit Tigers. Although there was a bit of a rain delay, we made the best of it and enjoyed time together.
