Sigma Delta Tau

Sigma Delta Tau’s visual identity includes a forward-looking graphic logo, incorporates the torch symbol and flame, and is designed in the rich legacy and tradition of the sorority colors. The torch illustrates the sense of leadership and enlightenment. The stars in the logo represent the diversity of the organization’s membership, while the Star of David honors SDT’s heritage as a Jewish organization.

The “Empowering Women” tagline inspires our members, as well as all females touched by the organization’s three dynamic philanthropic partners: Jewish Women International, Prevent Child Abuse America, and the SDT Foundation.

When people think of Sigma Delta Tau, we want them to visualize confident, empowered, and smart women who are leaders on campus and beyond, interested in empowering others, and who possess a sense of philanthropy and service.
